Workshop Details

Yoga can be hugely beneficial for students living with chronic conditions. Whether it increases mindfulness, reduces stress, allows students to feel more comfortable, or gives them the opportunity to shift their perspective, the tools of yoga can completely shift the experience of pain.

In this workshop, learn how to help adapt your language and approach to teaching for students living with chronic pain. Learn how you can better understand the experience of pain and offer practices in group classes that can be extremely useful for managing pain and stress. Learn how you can successfully hold space for these students with the techniques learned in this workshop.

Taught by Lauren Mason, yoga therapist and school owner.
